Fresh Fruit Salad
1 Cup Red Raspberries
1 Medium Dark Red Grapefruit
1 Meyer Lemon (zest and juice)
2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1. Add first four ingredients to mixing bowl.
2. Put lemon in microwave for 10 seconds before zesting and juicing.
3. In small bowl mix lemon zest, lemon juice and coconut sugar. Heat in microwave for 15 seconds. Let cool.
4. Pour over fresh fruit. Mix and serve.
Notes: Cover your fruit and keep refrigerated for up to three days. The fresher your fruit the longer it will last.
