How do you get protein without eating meat???
Eat Well! That's how.
all contain protein; often you have to eat more of a particular item - but hey, who can be opposed to eating more?
In the photo above you see the ingredients to a simple pasta salad - but instead of pepperoni I added chickpeas and to replace the salami - spinach. It's all about balance.
