I'll just put it all out there. I know a smoothie is about getting it all it - vitamins, protein, calcium - but we were snowed in, I had plenty of desserts in the house, (homemade and store bought) and if I didn't do something to help curb my sweet tooth I'd have to go to the gym seven times this week.
I started with a fresh pineapple. I honestly believe this was the sweetest pineapple I've ever had. I ate so many pieces, the smoothie almost didn't happen!!. I added two Gala apples.
I didn't add vegetables, but it would have been great with some spinach. Remember, I wasn't thinking healthy, I was thinking dessert! Even without the vegetables this is a power packed smoothie. I went heavy on the chia seeds for added protein. I know a smooth smoothie is the norm, but I like a little chew in my smoothie - flax seed...chia seed… Feel free to adjust the amount of chia you add.

Pineapple & Chia Seed Smoothie
4 Cups Pineapple
2 Gala Apples
¼ Cup Chia Seeds
2 Cups Ice Cubes (about 12)
¾ Cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt – Vanilla
¾ Cup Coconut Milk
Put all ingredients in the blender. Mix well. Enjoy.
